Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us 24 hours (in Chicago time zone) prior to your session otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. All cancellations made will be eligible for rebooking and funds will be transferred to cover the next session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% penalty. If coach cancels session with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive 100% refund.
